It's important that the size of your recurve bow fits your draw length and stature. Draw length is the distance you're able to pull the bowstring until you reach a full draw. Full draw is reached when the arm securing your bow is fully extended in front of you and the arm pulling the bowstring is bent with the draw string aligned with the back of the jaw.
