If you do not qualify for the Explorewards Visa® Card, you may be considered for, and receive, the Explorewards Credit Card, used exclusively at Sportsman's Warehouse. Rewards can only be redeemed within the 50 U.S. states.

How do I apply for the Explorewards Visa®?  
There are two ways you can apply, visit your nearest Sportsman's Warehouse store and apply at checkout or apply online. If approved, you'll receive a credit card welcome kit in the mail within 7-10 business days
Can I use my Explorewards Visa® or Store Card on the same day that I apply for the card?  
Yes, if you have been approved for a credit card in a Sportsman's Warehouse store. You will be able to use your newly opened account on the same transaction! For online applications, you will have to wait until you receive your credit card which will arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days.
If I don't have my Explorewards Visa® or Store Card, is there a way to look up/obtain my credit card number so that I can make a purchase?  
Not at this time. For any purchases, you will need your physical card to check out. If you can't find your card, please contact Comenity Capital Bank by calling (844) 271-2629 for Explorewards Visa® customers or (800) 301-1458 for Explorewards Store Card customers (TDD/TTY:1-888-819-1918).
I only want the Explorewards Store Card and not the Explorewards Visa®. Can I just apply for the store card?  
When applying for an Explorewards credit card, you will be considered for both the Explorewards Visa® and Explorewards Store Card. If approved, Comenity Capital Bank will decide which card you are approved for.
Where can I view my transaction details and inquire about my credit card balance?  
To view your current Explorewards Visa® or Explorewards Store Card balance, go to comenity.net/sportsmansvisa (for Visa®) or comenity.net/sportsmanscard (for store card) and click on "Manage Account" or contact Comenity Capital Bank at (844) 271-2629 for Explorewards Visa® customers or (800) 301-1458 for Explorewards Store Card customers (TDD/TTY:1-888-819-1918).
What I if I lose my card?

How do I earn points?  
With the Explorewards Store Card and Explorewards Visa®, you will earn 5 Explorewards points for every $1 spent at Sportsman's Warehouse, in-store or online. For Explorewards Visa®, you will also earn 2 Explorewards points for every $1 spent on Gas, Home Improvement Merchants, and Campgrounds, and 1 point for every $1 spent anywhere else Visa® is accepted.
Do I earn points on all credit card purchases made using the Explorewards Store Card or Visa®?  
You will earn points for the amount charged on your credit card for purchases at Sportsman's Warehouse, including services at The Gunsmith at Sportsman's Warehouse. However, gift cards, hunting/fishing licenses, online services, oversize charges, Guide program purchases, shipping charges, discounts from vendor coupons (or other similar discount coupons), taxes, and fees are not eligible for points. For Explorewards Visa®, you will also earn points for purchases outside of Sportsman's Warehouse and anywhere Visa® is accepted. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Do points earned on the credit card expire?  
Points will expire one year after the date they were earned if no further purchases are made. As long as at least 1 point is earned per rolling twelve months (one year), all previous points will never expire.
How do I view Explorewards points earned with my Explorewards Store Card or Explorewards Rewards Visa®?  
You can view your points earned on the credit card by logging into your Sportsman’s Warehouse Loyalty Rewards page.
When do points earned on the credit card show up in my account?  
Explorewards points will be applied to your account within 1-2 weeks of your purchase using an Explorewards Card.
How do I redeem my Explorewards points earned on the credit card?  
You can start redeeming when you have at least 1 available point.

STEP 1 - Sign in to your Sportsmans.com account and click on the "My Account" link.
STEP 2 - From the drop-down menu, select "Loyalty".
NOTICE: On this page, you'll see the number of points and their dollar value available for redemption.
STEP 3 - Click on the "Redeem" button and we'll send you an eGift Card, for the value of your points, to the email address listed on your Loyalty Account.
STEP 4 - Get yourself something nice, you've earned it.
What if I don't see my points posted in my rewards account?  
Please contact the Sportsman's Warehouse Customer Service Team toll free at 1-800-286-3076 and they will assist you.
How do I make a payment?
