The Delrin takedown pin is made of Delrin, an industrial-strength, self-lubricating polymer that is stronger than aluminum, and will protect your upper and lower from metal-on-metal wear. A heavy-duty custom piece of EPDM rubber slips over your forward assist button in order to limit the travel of the receiver opening. It can easily be removed to have access to full disassembly. A QD Sling Mount is built into the bracket for your existing sling swivel or you can upgrade to a new one since they are universal. Included is an Anti-Rotating Castle Nut that uses a set-screw to lock the nut in place. Simply tighten your castle nut and install the set-screw, and your castle nut will never back off. No more pinging the nut, which makes it very difficult to remove without damaging parts. The bracket and arm are made from billet aluminum that is Type 3 Hardcoat Anodized to increase strength and finish protection. The best part, installation is a simple do-it-yourself process without shims, springs, or the need to bring your firearm to a gunsmith. All parts are bolt-on and do not require any modifications to your firearm.
