Lew's Fishing provides a variety of gear for beginning to experienced anglers. A family company from 1949 to their sale to Browning in 1989, Lew's was relaunched by a family friend in 2010 to bring the same customer support and innovation back to the marketplace that Lew's had previously been known for. Lew's produces casting reels, spinning reels, rod and reel combos, fishing rods, tools, accessories, and apparel. Lew's also has a series of rods and reels called the American Hero series. A portion of profits from their American Hero series goes towards programs that help veterans enjoy recreational outdoor activities such as fishing as they transition back to civilian life. Lew's School Fishing Program also allows high school and college fishing clubs or teams to purchase Lew's products for a discount.
