SPORTSMAN’S WAREHOUSE - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

LOYALTY

Step 1: Go to https://www.sportsmans.com/my-account/loyalty.
Step 2: “Log In” if you have an account, or select “Create An Account” to setup a new one.
Step 3: Enter your Loyalty Card number, found on the back of card.
Step 4: Enter or update your address.
Step 5: Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and you're good to go.

  • The phone number you signed up with at the register:
  • Transaction Number (please note that this is not labeled, but can be found above the date and time at the bottom of your receipt, following the # sign):

  1. Verify that your online profile phone number matches the phone number given at the register.
  2. Make sure there are no dashes or spaces in the phone number.
  3. If your online profile phone number matches the phone number given at the register then please contact us via email at [email protected] with the following information.

ORDERS

The vast majority of our orders are shipped via UPS ground, with the exception of gift card orders that ship USPS. All orders will be processed the same day if received before 11:00 AM MST, if received after the 11:00 AM MST deadline it will be processed the following day. Ship-to-Store orders ship once a week with the store’s merchandise. Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

Click here or you can track a package through www.UPS.com. At this time you can't track a Ship-to-Store order. Please allow 7-12 business days for it to arrive at the store. You will be notified by the store when your order is available for pick-up.

If you would like to add to your order, or increase the quantity, please place an additional order for the additional items or quantities. Please note that we may not be able to cancel your order once your order has been submitted.

We do not ship internationally at this time. To place an order, both the billing and shipping address have to be within the United States.

From the time the order is sent back please allow 2-3 weeks for you refund to be processed. For more information on returns, click here.


SHIP TO STORE ORDERS

*Ship-to-Store orders: please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

Most items are available with exception of some ammunition and items that are prohibited by local restrictions.

Items being shipped to store are not available to be tracked. These shipments ship once a week with the store’s merchandise. You will be notified by the store once your order arrives. Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

You may pick up your order at the Customer Service Desk. Please have a valid photo ID. Pick-up hours are the same as store hours. For store hours visit our store locator page - click here.
