Coronavirus (COVID-19) Announcements and Store Status Updates

  • Effective 03/24/2020, our store hours have changed to 11am - 5pm 7 days a week for the following stores. Please refer to your store's page for full details.

    Beginning 03/19/2020, our general store hours have changed to 10am - 6pm 7 days a week with some exceptions. Please refer to your store's page for full details.

    Most of our stores have recently changed hours of operation. Please check your store's page to find your store for the most up-to-date store hour information

  • Our Henderson, NV store is open for buying firearms and ammunition. Please be advised that we are strictly observing social distancing within our store.

    Due to mandates in certain areas, we have closed the following Sportsman's Warehouse locations until further notice:

    • Rohnert Park, CA
    • Milpitas, CA
    • Elmira, NY
  • Max Occupancy

    In keeping with the best practice of social distancing, while remaining open for our customers, the following limitations have been put into place:

    • Stores will be temporarily limited to a maximum occupancy of 50 customers at a time
    • Farmington & Las Cruces, NM stores will be temporarily limited to a maximum occupancy of 30 customers at a time
    • Oregon stores will be temporarily limited to a maximum occupancy of 25 customers at a time

    PRODUCT LIMITS

    To serve as many customers as possible, we are limiting purchase amounts on guns, ammo, powder, & primers per customer, per day.

    BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE

    Our 3 Pennsylvania stores (Washington, Camp Hill, Altoona) are no longer 'open' for shopping and browsing, but they are open for online order pickup (including firearms and ammunition).

    Due to mandates from the city, our store in Las Vegas is no longer 'open' for shopping and browsing, but they are open for online order pickup (including firearms and ammunition).

  • RETURNS

    Effective 3/23/2020, For health purposes, we are temporarily suspending returns and exchanges on ALL merchandise.

    We apologize for any frustration or confusion this may have caused by this temporary policy change.

    TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF NEW LAYAWAYS

    Due to demand, we are not accepting any new layaways. Existing layaways are not affected by this temporary change.

  • A Letter From Our CEO, Jon Barker

    To Our Sportsman’s Community,

    As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, I would like to update everyone on our steps taken to promote the health and safety of our employees and customers.

    First, additional temporary reductions in our store hours will begin Thursday, March 19. For up-to-date hours at your local Sportsman’s Warehouse store, please check our website at Sportsman.com/hours. The reduced hours will provide sufficient time for us to restock and perform additional cleaning of our stores.

    Second, to assist with social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in a particular store to a maximum of 50 at any given time. In certain stores, we may further limit the number of customers to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

    We plan to continue to operate our stores and Sportsmans.com during these uncertain times to provide our customers access to essential items such as generators, dry goods, food preparation, cooking fuel, water filtration, pet supplies, as well as personal and home security products.

    If you’ve been in our stores recently, you may notice that we’ve experienced increased demand for certain items. Our merchants and supply chain teams are working to replenish inventory as quickly as possible, but you may see purchase limits on some items, and availability may vary at times.

    Our commitment to the local communities and their passion for the outdoors goes back over 30 years during good times and bad. With social distancing a top priority across the country, people are being urged to spend time outdoors, and outdoor gear is our specialty.
