We now offer a free addition to our Buy Online & Pick Up In Store program: Curbside Service! See How It Works

BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE & MAX OCCUPANCY

In keeping with the best practice of social distancing, while remaining open for our customers, the following limitations have been put into place:

    • Our stores will be temporarily limiting maximum occupancy of customers at any one time.
    • Some of our stores are mandated to be Curbside-only for all non-firearm purchases. Online orders can be picked up curbside when the "Order Ready" email is received. Online gun orders may be picked up inside the store after we have called to setup an appointment.
    • Please check your store's page to find the most up-to-date information.

    PRODUCT LIMITS

To serve as many customers as possible, we are limiting purchase amounts on guns, ammo, powder, & primers per customer, per day.

  • RETURNS

Beginning 5/1/20, we are accepting returns and exchanges on new purchases – standard return policy still applies (visit www.sportsmans.com/returns). For purchases prior to 5/1/20 restrictions still apply – please visit your store or contact customer service for details.

    TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF NEW LAYAWAYS

Due to demand, we are not accepting any new layaways. Existing layaways are not affected by this temporary change.

We apologize for any frustration or confusion this may have caused by this temporary policy change.

  • A Letter From Our CEO, Jon Barker

    To Our Sportsman’s Community,

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, I would like to update everyone on our steps taken to promote the health and safety of our employees and customers.

First, additional temporary reductions in our store hours will begin Thursday, March 19. For up-to-date hours at your local Sportsman’s Warehouse store, please check our website at Sportsman.com/hours. The reduced hours will provide sufficient time for us to restock and perform additional cleaning of our stores.

Second, to assist with social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in a particular store to a maximum of 50 at any given time. In certain stores, we may further limit the number of customers to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

We plan to continue to operate our stores and Sportsmans.com during these uncertain times to provide our customers access to essential items such as generators, dry goods, food preparation, cooking fuel, water filtration, pet supplies, as well as personal and home security products.

If you’ve been in our stores recently, you may notice that we’ve experienced increased demand for certain items. Our merchants and supply chain teams are working to replenish inventory as quickly as possible, but you may see purchase limits on some items, and availability may vary at times.

Our commitment to the local communities and their passion for the outdoors goes back over 30 years during good times and bad. With social distancing a top priority across the country, people are being urged to spend time outdoors, and outdoor gear is our specialty.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to continue to serve you. I also want to personally thank the thousands of Sportsman’s Warehouse associates who are working diligently to provide our customers and communities with essential products during these trying times. Additional information is available at Sportsmans.com.

    Sincerely,

    Jon Barker
