As we all battle COVID-19, Sportsman’s Warehouse’s top priority is to keep our customers and employees safe – yet still get you the essential gear you need.* With our curbside pickup program, you can get your gear without leaving your car.
How does it work?
- Go to Sportsmans.com to place you order and select Pick Up In Store.
- When your order is ready we’ll send you an email.
- When you get to the store, call the store and let them know you have arrived. There will be a poster in front of the store with the phone number if you need it.
- Park in any available space, and one of our store associates will deliver your order to your car. Please be ready with your ID and the credit card number that was used to place the order.
*Unfortunately, our curbside pickup does not apply to guns and ammo. You will still need to go inside the store to purchase those items.
PICK UP FAQ’S
For products available to Buy Online & Pick Up In Store, you can view the product availability in the shipping section over “Add To Cart”. If “Pick Up In Store” shows today or tomorrow, that means the store has the product available to Buy Online & Pick Up In Store. If it’s available for pick up in two or more days, then it is being shipped from our warehouse to the store. There is also a link to “Check Nearby Stores” where you can check availability at the next closest location. If there is a green checkmark with “In Stock” and it shows as available to “Buy Now Pick Up Today/Tomorrow!”, then it is available to Buy Online & Pick Up In Store at those locations. Please note that inventory cannot be transferred from store to store at this time.
Your order will generally be ready for pick up on the date quoted at the time of order. You’ll receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email when your order is ready. Sorry, but your order cannot be picked up until we've sent you the "Ready for Pick Up" email.
Head to the Customer Service area, usually located close to the front doors. Just look for the "Online Pick Up" sign or ask an associate to steer you in the right direction. Show Customer Service your “Ready for Pick Up” email and your valid ID, and you’ll be all set.
You’ll get a reminder email after your first “Ready for Pick Up” email. Your order will be available at the store you choose for 60 days after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. After that, we’ll have to give someone else a chance at it and put it back on the shelves. We’ll issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days, and we’ll waive any restocking fees.
Depends, in most cases you can assign an alternate person to pick up your order. You’ll need to forward the "Ready for Pick Up" email to this person. They will need to provide this email and a valid ID at the time of pick up.
If your order contains a firearm, the person who placed the order must be the one that picks up the firearm, paid for the online order, and completes the Federal paperwork and background check. The payment method will be verified, in addition to valid ID documentation.
Of course! After you place all your items in the shopping cart, use the radio buttons at the item-level to determine pick up or shipping options at checkout. For example, you can ship one item to your home or business and pick up the others in store.
Yes! (Pro tip: if you’re having trouble getting a signal, try moving out of tight timber or heading higher up the mountain.)
Unfortunately, we do not offer store transfers at this time. Items displayed as “Out of Stock” online and “Available In-Store Only” can only be picked up at the stores listed as having them “In Stock”.
