The Colt Python is chambered in .357 Magnum, but it can safely and effectively accommodate 38 Special cartridges. The Python has a 3-inch stainless steel barrel and a walnut grip that features the Colt emblem.With 6-round capacity, the Colt Python maintains many of the design aspects from its predecessors, while being updated to meet the needs of today’s modern shooters and sportsmen.
