Delta Ring Tool- This tool was designed to quickly and easily remove military spec AR-15 and M-16 handguards. Simply fit the bracket around the handguard, and squeeze with one hand to remove. The welded steel bracket and wire is 100% vinyl coated to protect the finish of the gun.
