Gen2 Controller - Control how much smoke you incorporate into your cook by adjusting the Smoke Number from 1-10. A smoke setting of 1 will produce less smoke and maintain a more even temperature. As the smoke setting is increased more smoke will be produced and minor temperature fluctuations will increase. By allowing the pellets to smolder instead of burn you get the best smoke flavor possible. PID controller allows you to control the temperature and smoke levels.
