Overview
Buck Prince - The great popularity of Buck's Folding Hunter was based on a combination of the solid, positive locking mechanism and the knife's handsome look. Then came consumer feedback, suggesting that there was a demand for these same qualities in a smaller, slimmer, lightweight knife. This led to design and refinement of the 500 Series. To provide a range of choices in size, Buck developed three models, from the Model 501 Squire, with a 2.75" blade, to the Model 505 Knight, with a 1.875" blade. The Prince fits right in the middle with it's 2.5" blade. All have remained among Buck's best-selling knives. 2.5" 420HC stainless steel blade
