Safety Without Compromise

For starters, the P320 is striker fired and has a disconnect safety. Then it has a three point take down safety system, which allows you to disassemble your pistol without pulling the trigger. This firearm went under the most rigorous inspections and tests available before it was adopted into the United States Military. It was selected for service because of its modularity, incredible performance, and capability to perform in any situation. So far, the Sig Sauer P320 M17 has not disappointed, and has been at the side of thousands of courageous soldiers.
Unlike most P320 models, the M17 has an ambidextrous manual safety. Many shooters prefer to have a manual safety. So much so that other models of the P320 have been outfitted with a manual safety just to meet customer demand. However, if you want a full-size pistol, and prefer or don't mind a manual safety, the M17 is the way to go. Plus, you can have up to 21 rounds in a standard magazine.

Sig Sauer P320 XFive Legion
The first thing you will say when you pick up a Sig Sauer P320 XFive Legion is “wow that's a heavy pistol!”, and that is all by design. This P320 variant is a 9mm, and out of a 43.5 oz pistol, you are going to get very little recoil. Although the strategy is not to just make this pistol as heavy as possible, the top of the slide is milled out to lower the pistol's center of gravity which reduces muzzle flip.
The TXG tungsten-infused grip helps add the weight of metal, while keeping the flexibility of polymer. This grip module, along with the special slide, is responsible for a 50% reduction in muzzle flip from the standard P320! The recoil system as a whole also received a hefty upgrade thanks to a solid steel guide rod, and a much stronger spring.
You will also experience a 30% lighter trigger pull thanks to the smooth trigger system and new skeletonized trigger. There was a lot of thought that went into this design, and it is no surprise that it won “Handgun of The Year” in 2020 from the Industry Choice Awards.
