A lightweight, fluted barrel remains a core feature, utilizing a #1 MOD or #2 MOD contour depending on chambering. One of the most significant upgrades is the carbon fiber Peak 44 Blacktooth stock, with the lightest configurations weighing less than 20 ounces. The result is an exceptionally lightweight platform designed for demanding backcountry hunts. Another standout feature is the second-generation 3DHEX recoil pad, recognized as the first production 3D-printed recoil pad introduced to the firearms industry. A network of interlocking internal voids progressively compresses during recoil, extending the recoil impulse and reducing felt recoil, particularly in magnum chamberings. Enhanced spiral fluting on the bolt body further reduces weight while minimizing bearing surface within the action, contributing to smoother cycling and operation.
