Weatherby 307 Alpine CT Peak 44 Bastion 243 Winchester Chocolate Brown Cerakote/Exposed Carbon Fiber with WYO Brown Bolt Action Rifle - 24in

Weatherby 307 Alpine CT Peak 44 Bastion 243 Winchester Chocolate Brown Cerakote/Exposed Carbon Fiber with WYO Brown Bolt Action Rifle - 24in - The Alpine CT is built on the newest Weatherby bolt-action platform, the Model 307, and complements the legendary Mark V and Vanguard rifle families. Featuring a two-lug, fully cylindrical action, the Model 307 is engineered as an open platform with compatibility for a wide range of aftermarket stocks, triggers, rails, and mounts. Weatherby partnered with PEAK 44 to create an ultra-lightweight rifle designed to perform on the range and in the field. At the heart of the Alpine CT is the PEAK 44 Bastion stock, weighing just 24oz. Constructed from carbon fiber, the Bastion provides exceptional strength and rigidity while keeping overall rifle weight to a minimum. A proprietary 3D-Hex recoil pad helps reduce felt recoil, while an ambidextrous palm swell and substantial thumb groove encourage proper shooting form from virtually any position. The Bastion forend features dual sling studs, providing additional flexibility for accessory configurations in the field or at the range. The Alpine CT features a BSF carbon-fiber barrel, combining lightweight construction with the accuracy required for demanding shooting and hunting applications. The shorter barrel configuration creates a compact and maneuverable rifle without sacrificing performance. Each barrel is threaded and fitted with the Accubrake DST (Directional Self-Timing Brake) for effective recoil management and a clean, integrated appearance. The receiver and muzzle brake feature durable Cerakote finishes, while each carbon-fiber stock receives a hand-painted finish. The Model 307 action incorporates several features designed for hunters and shooters. The bolt allows tool-less disassembly for quick and convenient field maintenance when needed. An M16-style extractor provides positive extraction and reliable ejection. For precise shot control, the Alpine CT comes standard with an externally adjustable TriggerTech field trigger and a PEAK 44 Picatinny rail for flexible optic mounting. Available in both short- and long-action configurations, the Alpine CT supports a selection of legendary Weatherby magnum cartridges along with many popular hunting and shooting calibers. Compatibility with most aftermarket 700-platform components makes the Alpine CT one of the most adaptable platforms in the Weatherby lineup. Lightweight, configurable, and purpose-built for performance, the Alpine CT combines modern materials and design with a rifle platform built for serious use. Proudly built at the Weatherby headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming.
