Ruger American Generation II Scout 5.56mm NATO Cobalt Cerakote Bolt Action Rifle - 16.1in - AR-style aperture iron sights feature adjustable windage and elevation, along with dual flip apertures for near and far sighting. A scout-length scope base supports intermediate eye relief optics, including night vision and thermal devices. The textured stock provides a secure, non-abrasive grip, while the soft rubber recoil pad and optional spacers adjust length of pull from 12" to 13.75" and help reduce felt recoil. A low comb is included for improved alignment with optics and can be removed when using iron sights. The barrel, receiver, and bolt handle are finished with a durable Cerakote coating, and the cold hammer-forged, threaded barrel with flash suppressor delivers strong accuracy and longevity. A three-position tang safety locks the bolt while still allowing safe loading. The adjustable trigger offers a crisp break with a pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds. The Power Bedding system free-floats the barrel for better accuracy. A CNC-machined stainless steel bolt with a three-lug, 70° throw ensures smooth operation and good scope clearance, and the oversized threaded bolt handle allows easy upgrades. An optional stock weight kit improves balance and recoil control. Includes one magazine and steel sling swivel studs.
