Developed through the Henry Special Products Division (SPD), an innovation-focused research and development initiative, the HUSH Series combines traditional lever-action handling with advanced materials and modern engineering. Available in five proven chamberings—.45 Colt, .357 Magnum/.38 Special, .44 Magnum/.44 Special, .30-30 Winchester, and .45-70 Government—the HUSH Series delivers the balance, speed, and reliability expected from a lever-action platform while maximizing suppressor compatibility. The closed-action design of a lever gun naturally lends itself to suppressed use, and the HUSH Series enhances that advantage through extensive weight optimization and thoughtful component design. Every component forward of the receiver has been engineered to reduce weight and preserve natural balance, even with a suppressor installed. The result is a highly maneuverable platform that maintains quick handling characteristics and fast follow-up shot capability. At the heart of the HUSH Series is a match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in a tension-loaded carbon fiber sleeve produced in collaboration with BSF Barrels of Delavan, Wisconsin. This advanced design creates a substantial air gap between the steel barrel and carbon fiber wrap, reducing weight while improving heat dissipation and temperature stability. As barrel temperatures increase during extended shooting sessions, both materials expand together to help maintain accuracy and long-term performance. A lightweight skeletonized aluminum forearm further reduces overall weight while providing excellent strength and M-LOK compatibility for accessory mounting. A receiver-mounted Picatinny rail constructed with advanced forged carbon fiber technology offers a durable, lightweight platform for optics. A threaded muzzle comes standard, providing compatibility with a wide range of suppressors. The matte dark gray American hardwood laminate buttstock blends modern performance with traditional aesthetics. Strategic internal lightening reduces weight while preserving strength and durability.
