Hi Mountain Original Bacon Cure Kit - Hi Mountain's Bacon Kit makes traditional pork belly bacon, while the Buckboard Bacon Cure uses roasted Boston Butt or pork tenderloin. Heals 12 lbs. of meat. Ingredients: salt, brown sugar, sugar, maple sugar, sodium nitrite (0.7%) dehydrated garlic and onion, spices, paprika extracts (color) with no more than 2% glycerin and added tricalcium phosphate to avoid pancake. Allergens: none. Heals 125 lbs. of meat.
