- 12in x 12in double-sided plastic board-cut depths are 1/4in and 1/8in with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place.
- Pressing plate with handle to keep hand safely away from cutting area and hold meat securely.
- Jerky Knife that has a 10in stainless steel blade.
- Non-skid Grip Mat that is 12in x 18in to keep the board securely in place

- Material of board and pressing plate: PP + 15% POE (polypropylene and 15% Thermoplastic polyolefin Elastomer)
- Jerky Board is 12in x 7-1/2in x 1in thick
- Pressing Plate is 6in x 4in W x 3/8in thick with snap-in handle
- Board and pressing plate are dishwasher-safe polypropylene
- Knife is 15in overall with 10in stainless steel blade and polypropylene handle; hand-wash only.
- 12in x 18in Grip Mat is PVC-coated polyester
