• 12in x 12in double-sided plastic board-cut depths are 1/4in and 1/8in with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place.
• Pressing plate with handle to keep hand safely away from cutting area and hold meat securely.
• Jerky Knife that has a 10in stainless steel blade.
• Non-skid Grip Mat that is 12in x 18in to keep the board securely in place
