The P-07 was the very first handgun released with the Omega trigger system, which is fully interlocking and convertible to allow users to disassemble and reassemble the system fairly easily. This makes the P-07 easier to maintain and customize for the average owner.
The P-07 can swap easily between a safety and a decocking lever. Shooters can thus decide whether they prefer to carry the pistol cocked and locked in the style of a 1911 pistol, or decocked, which means the first trigger pull will be double action.
The CZ P-07 was updated in 2014, smoothing out any sharp edges for a full day of carry. The polymer design, metal sights, and interchangeable (medium or large) backstraps made this pistol even more ergonomic and reliable.

When selecting a handgun model, keep in mind that different states have different regulations regarding magazine capacity. The options up to 15+1 are considered Colorado Compliant, while only the 10+1 is considered New York Compliant.
