Permethrine is different from other insect repellents in that it is applied to your clothing and gear BEFORE you head out into the woods. The effects last through up to 6 washings. And unlike Deet, it is safe for use on synthetic fabrics and your skin without irritation. Comes in a convenient aerosol can.
