We don’t advise hunting turkeys with a 28-gauge unless you’re calling from a blind and can expect shots of 15 yards or less. Commercial 28-gauge shells are not available in #4 Buckshot, BB or BBB. The largest size is #3 and that’s a questionable round for turkeys. Hevi-Shot offers #3 Bismuth shot.
