Overview
Uberti 1885 Courteney Case Hardened Lever Action Rifle - 45-70 Government - 24in - Sports a quarter-rib slotted for a set of Weaver rings and outfitted with a fully-adjustable shallow-V rear sight. It also comes with a traditional hooded ramp front sight as well as a barrel-mounted sling-swivel–just like the old classics. For best results, Uberti recommends using a low-power scope and rings marked “high.”
The stock of the 1885 Courteney is quintessentially British. The Prince of Wales buttstock is complemented by a classic recoil pad, while the slim, tapered fore-end features a contrasting tip, fittingly realized in African heartwood.
