Overview
Franklin Armory Militia Praefector-M 308 Winchester 20in Black Anodized Semi Automatic Modern Sporting Rifle - 10+1 Rounds - The Praefector-M Milita is built with many custom features ready to go right out of the box. It features a midlength contour barrel with a nitride finish, threaded muzzle crown, and a Triumvir muzzle device. The Militia receiver is constructed of forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a FST 14" M-Lok handguard and Magpul MBUS front and rear sights. Its Magpul PRS stock utilizes an Ergo ambidextrous sure grip, adjustable comb height, length of pull, and is sling mountable.
California compliant design prevents the magazine release button from being engaged while fully assembled, locking the magazine into the receiver. To release the magazine from the rifle, the shooter will be required separate the upper from the lower by pulling on an extended (rear) takedown pin with an attached cord to make the process easier. Once the magazine has been released the rifle can be re-assembled and shot once again
