Rocky Mountain Hunting Calls The Threat Elk Grunt Tube Call -THE THREAT is another revolutionary invention by Rockie Jacobsen. With its new V.E.T.T. (Volume Enhanced Tone Technology) system it creates true, easy to obtain elk sounds. The V.E.T.T. system contains a spring, tuned to the right dimensions, inside the special made adapter that goes in the small end of the mouth opening of the new style bugle tube. The spring helps create more volume, stabilizes higher notes, raspier low growls and easier octave changes and takes less air to operate. The spring allows for the right amount of vibration to enhance the tone quality and volume that is achieved when blowing into it. This grunt tube comes completely assembled with the spring and adaptor inserted into the tube and is ready to use with your favorite mouth call diaphragm. The tube is less than 18″ in overall length making it easier for packing. With its 1″ mouth opening and tapered lip adapter there is more comfort and control of all your bull elk sounds. Now you have the volume of a larger tube with easier packing and realistic quality elk sounds that are easy to obtain when used with your favorite mouth call diaphragm.
