Montgomery Logwood Trap Dye - 1lb - Powder trap dye turns black when mixed with water, and turns traps a dark black color. In a container large enough to cover the amount of traps that you want to treat at a time add 1 pound of red powder to 5 gallons of boiling water and simmer for 1 hour. Add water as needed to keep traps completely covered. Remove traps, rinse with water and hang up to dry. Can be used on all steel traps.
