Cecils Smelt Trolling Lure
Cecils made in the USA smelt lure was designed to look like and imitate the swimming action of a live fingerling smelt. It is made of plastic, and molded around a 2-5/8", No. 2, bronzed Mustad hook with a long barb to hook and hold fish.
Uses
- Fly pole, Fly Line, like trolling a streamer fly
- Poles with monofilament line
- Downriggers or lead core line for deep trolling
- Can also be used with dodgers or spoons
