G. Loomis produces handcrafted conventional and fly fishing rods with the goal of improving anglers' experiences out on the water. Founded in 1982, G. Loomis has focused on combining state of the art technology with innovative approaches and professional design. They have recently begun their proprietary Spiral X construction method, which is an entirely new way of creating a graphite blank. G. Loomis specializes in rods, with special designs for bass, salmon/steelhead, saltwater, trout/panfish, walleye, and ice fishing. Their fly rods can be purchased for freshwater, saltwater, or spey and switch. G. Loomis also sells apparel and gear including outerwear, shirts, headwear, and women's clothing. Fishers may send rods to G. Loomis for guide repair.
